Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

• Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Product must be in original packaging
• Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Product must not be damaged due to misuse

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Products purchased more than 30 days ago
• Products without proof of purchase
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products from unauthorized retailers
• Shipping fees (unless error was ours)

How to Request a Refund

Return Shipping

Shipping cost responsibility:

• Our error (wrong/defective item): We cover shipping
• Customer preference: Customer covers shipping
• Use trackable shipping method
• Keep tracking number until refund is processed

Refund Processing

After we receive your return:

• Inspection within 3-5 business days
• Refund to original payment method if approved
• Refunds appear within 5-10 business days
• Email confirmation sent when processed

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Provide photos of damage
• Include your order number
• We'll arrange replacement or full refund

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• We'll send the correct item at no cost
• Prepaid return label provided

Order Cancellations

Cancellation policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement

• Cannot cancel once shipped
• Cancellation refunds processed within 3-5 business days

International Returns

For international orders:

• Same 30-day policy applies
• Customer responsible for return shipping
• Customs duties are non-refundable
• Use trackable international shipping

Refund Method

Refunds issued to original payment method:

• Credit card: appears as credit on statement
• PayPal: returned to PayPal account
• Bank transfer: returned to original account
